Why I Started Boggs Education Consulting: A Vision for Empowering Educators

Every great educator remembers the moment they realized their work could change a life.

For me, that moment came early in my career as a high school science teacher. A student who struggled in nearly every class finally found confidence in a hands-on lab, leading a group project with pride. That spark—the sense of possibility—stayed with me as I moved into school leadership, then district administration, and eventually into consulting.

Boggs Education Consulting was born from a simple but powerful belief: when educators are supported, students succeed.

A Response to Real Needs

Over the years, I watched dedicated teachers and school leaders burn out under the weight of doing everything: writing grants, designing programs, leading PD, analyzing data, aligning with new mandates. I saw districts with bold visions fall short, not because they lacked passion or ideas—but because they lacked capacity.

That’s where I knew I could help.

At Boggs Education Consulting, our mission is to make education systems more effective, equitable, and sustainable by giving educators the tools they need to thrive.
